Setting a standard for responsible food and beverage practices, its vibrant Mediterranean menu highlights sustainable ingredients, locally-caught seafood and more than 65 vegetables and herbs grown in the resort’s private garden. Overlooking the San Diego skyline and Coronado Bay, floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views from every table.
